LAFASE Partners assists well established (multi)national companies with setting up and managing joint ventures with local partners as well as projects, in emerging economies in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe, covering the whole road from incubation to maturity. Our role ranges from advisory to the implementation of the identified solutions and/or specific strategic projects.

Conception phase

  • - assisting in defining key objectives in close co-operation with management
  • - market risk assessment (analyses of investment climate and market entry alternatives and strategies

  • - project assessment, including regulatory environment (permits, concessions, etc.)
